This website does not store form data on its server. The contact and order forms open your own email app with a prepared message, and you decide whether to send it. When you email or call us, we receive:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• delivery address, if you request home delivery;
• the products you are interested in or ordered;
• any information you choose to share with us, which may include information about your hearing.

Your cart is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you send your order.

3. Why we use your data

• to answer your questions and process your order request;
• to arrange consultations, hearing assessments, fittings and after-sales support;
• to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Hearing-related information is health data. We treat it as sensitive and confidential and use it only to provide our services to you.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Depending on the case, we rely on your consent, on the steps needed to fulfil your order or request, and on our legal obligations.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.

• Google Fonts: loads the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google servers, which may process your IP address.
• Google Maps: the embedded map of our Istanbul branch is provided by Google, which may set cookies and process your IP address.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
